19. You agree to NOT discuss bans, time outs or any other Moderator actions in the forums. Any and all questions must be asked via private message to the individual Moderator or the Site Administrator.You furthermore agree to NOT participate in moderator actions in the forums example: cheering on, complaining etc. ALL communications regarding moderator actions MUST be made via PM. Moderator actions consist of warnings, reminders, time outs and bans.

Butch Femme Dance makes no warranty claims concerning the functionality of this service, the loss or interruption of communications, nor can we promise any "quick fix" should down time occur. You also agree that Paypal subscriptions are your responsibility. ButchFemmeDance.com will NOT be responsible for nor provide any refunds when you fail to cancel.

24. You agree to forfeit your paid membership dues if you are timed out or banned for breaching these terms.
